Central QA
To implement our technology partners’ quality protocols for manufacture, we have instituted centralized quality assurance within our manufacturing facilities.
Our inspectors use modern equipment for chemical, physical and non-destructive testing — from procurement of raw materials & inputs to all stages of the manufacturing processes leading to pre-delivery inspection.
Members of our Central Quality Assurance Organization undergo regular in-house trainings as well as trainings structured & conducted by experts deputed by our foreign technology partners.
Laboratories
Independent in-house labs at foundry-works and machine-shops — chemistry, mechanics and NDT before metal leaves the works.

Both of our Foundry-works have independent in-house Metallurgical Testing Labs equipped with modern equipment to carry out testing of input materials and produced castings — using state of the art Emission Spectrometers.
— Machine shop
Both of our Machine-shops have independent in-house Physical Testing Labs to carry out mechanical & non-destructive testing — using modern Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors and an array of equipment for magnetic, tensile, hardness and dye-penetrant testing.

Our Foundry-works use state of the art Casting Simulation Software MAGMASOFT — so metallurgy decisions are proven before metal moves.

Our design & engineering facilities include an array of 3D Scanners and state of the art 3D Sand Printer enabling us to reverse engineer and refurbish original equipment supplied by global OEMs.
